STALKER 2 Unlocks Botanical Enigma

In Stalker 2, one intriguing Anomalous Field, the Poppy Field, holds the Weird Flower Artifact, a unique item with a temporary stealth benefit. This guide details its location and use.

Locating the Weird Flower

The Weird Flower is situated in the northern part of the Poppy Field, beyond the central L-shaped building. Be warned: the field's effects induce drowsiness and hallucinations; stock up on Non-Stop Energy Drinks for survival. Continue through the field until you spot a small, distinctive blue flower on the ground.

To activate the Weird Flower's stealth capabilities, equip it in an available Artifact slot above your Quick Access menu (the number of slots depends on your gear; early-game players typically have one). Crucially, the stealth buff only activates after sleeping while wearing the Artifact. A convenient sleeping spot is located in a side room at the Trader's in the Lesser Zone; note that sleeping may advance the in-game time significantly.

The Weird Flower's practical value is limited due to the scarcity of sleeping locations in the game. Its stealth benefit may not outweigh other gameplay strategies. Selling it to a trader is a viable option for those who prioritize other approaches.
