STALKER 2 PC System Requirements Unveiled
With launch just a week away (November 20th), the final system specs are in. Even minimum settings demand a capable PC, while high-end settings require a truly powerful machine.

While minimum specs are reasonable, smooth 4K gameplay at high frame rates necessitates a top-tier gaming PC. "Epic" settings are particularly demanding, potentially surpassing even Crysis' notorious 2007 requirements.
Storage needs have increased from 150GB to 160GB. An SSD is strongly recommended for both capacity and crucial fast loading times in this unforgiving game.
The developers confirmed support for Nvidia DLSS and AMD FSR upscaling technologies to boost visuals without sacrificing performance. However, the precise FSR version remains unannounced.
A Wccftech Gamescom 2024 interview revealed software ray tracing will be included. Hardware ray tracing, however, is unlikely to be ready for launch, though the developers are experimenting with it.
