RuneScape's newest challenge, the Gate of Elidinis, has arrived! This thrilling story quest introduces a challenging skilling boss fight. Players will embark on a quest to restore the corrupted statue of Elidinis, a once-sacred relic now threatened by Amascut's influence.
Continuing the fight against Amascut's corruption (following the "Ode of the Devourer" quest), The Gate of Elidinis offers fresh gameplay and familiar themes.
Confronting the Corruption
The Gate of Elidinis, once a sacred passage for the departed, is now tainted by Amascut's dark magic. Lost souls roam this corrupted place, ensnared by Amascut's evil.
Players can tackle the Gate of Elidinis boss solo or with up to nine friends. Preparation is key: mining Moonstone and crafting Spiritual Barriers are crucial to combating the corruption. Strong Mining, Crafting, Divination, and Agility skills are essential for cleansing the statue fragments and repelling Amascut's power. See the official announcement below!
Rich Rewards Await
Victory over the Gate of Elidinis yields significant rewards. Players can earn new skilling and combat equipment, including the Runecrafting Off-Hand "Runic Attunement" and the Divination Off-Hand "Memory Locus." A new Combat Prayer, a God Book, and a charming boss pet, Edie, are also available.
Further rewards can be found in the new Gate of Elidinis Hunt event. Collect shards and complete tasks to unlock cosmetic overrides and temporary buffs with the help of the Priestesses of Elidinis.
