Registration for the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Regional Closed Beta Is Now Live

Netmarble's upcoming Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is launching a regional closed beta test soon, and a new gameplay trailer has been released.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Regional Closed Beta Dates

The closed beta test (CBT) runs from January 16th to January 22nd, 2025, for players in the U.S., Canada, and select European regions. The game will be playable on Windows and Android devices.

Registration for the CBT ends January 12th, so register quickly to participate.

The trailer showcases intense battles and iconic Game of Thrones characters like Jon Snow, Jaime Lannister, and Drogon. Watch it below!

Game Details -------------

Set during the fourth season of the show, the game plunges you into the heart of Westeros' power struggles. Following King Robert Baratheon's death, the Lannisters cling to power, while Stannis Baratheon prepares for war. The North still reels from the Red Wedding, and the Great Houses continue their machinations.

Players assume the role of the heir to House Tyre, a minor Northern house. A robust character creator lets you customize your appearance, and you'll then select one of three classes—the stealthy Assassin, the noble Knight, or the versatile Sellsword—each inspired by the series. Combat focuses on player-versus-player battles with fully manual controls.

Original characters inspired by Wildlings, Dothraki, and the Faceless Men add to the game's gritty Westeros atmosphere.

To participate in the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad regional closed beta test, sign up on the official CBT page.
