Perils In Paradise Is A Tropical Update Set To Drop In Hearthstone In July!

Azeroth is heating up! Hearthstone's next expansion, Perils in Paradise, arrives July 23rd, bringing a tropical getaway and exciting new mechanics. Get ready for sun, sand, and a brand-new keyword: Tourist!

Hearthstone Goes Tropical with Perils in Paradise

This summer, escape to The Marin, a luxurious new resort in Azeroth! Enjoy sunny skies and sandy beaches while experiencing fresh gameplay, including the game-changing Tourist mechanic.

What's a Tourist card, you ask? It's a new feature that lets you add cards from other classes to your deck during construction. Each class gets its own unique Tourist. While only two have been revealed so far, check out the announcement trailer below for a sneak peek!

Meet the Tourists! ---------------------

So far, we know about Sunsapper Lynessa (a Rogue Tourist for Paladin, focusing on cheap spells) and Buttons (a Shaman Tourist who draws spells from all schools of magic). Expect each class to receive its own unique Tourist card with distinct abilities.

Perils in Paradise adds 145 new cards to Hearthstone, including tri-cast drink-themed spells and Location cards that can dramatically shift the game's momentum. While the expansion's release is still a month away, the fun starts now! Log in to receive a free legendary card: Marin the Manager.

Battlegrounds and Duos modes are also getting updates, including 12 new Buddies and revisions to 23 existing ones. For the ultimate experience, grab the $79.99 Perils in Paradise Mega Bundle, packed with 80 Perils in Paradise card packs, a random Golden Legendary card, a random Signature Legendary card, 10 Golden Perils in Paradise packs, the Hakkar the Houndmaster card back, and a matching hero skin.
