Pocketpair's Palworld offers a vast world to explore, filled with mystical items and unique Pals. The Feybreak DLC added new crafting materials, including the elusive Dark Fragments. Essential for crafting high-end items, these fragments are a valuable find.

How to Obtain Dark Fragments

Dark Fragments are obtained exclusively from Dark-elemental Pals found on Feybreak Island. Unlike other regions, Pals in the beach and coastal areas of Feybreak are mostly ground and water types. To find Dark-elemental Pals, venture further inland. Note that some Pals, like Starryon, are only found at night (unless they are boss variants).

Capturing or defeating these Pals (using Ultimate or Exotic Spheres is recommended) yields 1-3 Dark Fragments per encounter, though drops aren't guaranteed. Efficient hunting is key to accumulating a sufficient supply.
