Bright Memory: Infinite is coming to mobile with a surprisingly low price tag

  • Bright Memory: Infinite, the fast-paced action shooter successor to Bright Memory, is coming to iOS and Android
  • You can grab it on January 17th for the surprisingly reasonable price tag of $4.99
  • It features high-octane, fast-paced shooter action and surprisingly beefy graphics

Bright Memory: Infinite, the successor to the intriguing one-person-developed Bright Memory, is set to arrive on iOS and Android. While its previous incarnation may have been somewhat controversial, this new release is set to hit smartphones on January 17th and all for a surprisingly reasonable price tag.

As far as gameplay goes, Bright Memory: Infinite has accrued a fairly reasonable reputation on the platforms it's currently available on. Many point to the fast-paced action as a positive, but reception among others seems to be more mixed.

However, as far as price goes, at $4.99 it looks as if Bright Memory: Infinite will be available at a very reasonable range. And in terms of both graphics and gameplay, it looks to be a competently put-together and agreeable shooter. Take a gander at the trailer below to see what you think.

yt Straight down the middle

Now I'm not going to pretend that Bright Memory: Infinite looks like some sort of stunning graphical achievement (one common saying it's like if particle effects became their own game) or subversive narrative achievement in examining the shooter genre, but it looks perfectly fine.

It's interesting to note that developer FQYD-Studio's release isn't set to be top of anyone's must-play list at the moment, and considering the main grouse I've seen over on Steam has been the price point, a $4.99 price tag is surprisingly reasonable.

Judging by what Dave Aubrey said about it way back in the halcyon days of 2020, I'd hardly expect Bright Memory to underperform graphically, it's just a question of whether it measures up elsewhere.
