BioWare has seemingly abandoned plans for Dragon Age: The Veilguard DLC. However, creative director John Epler hinted at the possibility of a Dragon Age remastered collection.
According to Rolling Stone, BioWare has confirmed it won't be developing any downloadable content (DLC) for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game is considered "complete," and BioWare's focus has shifted to the next Mass Effect title.
While specifics regarding Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed the potential for a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He expressed enthusiasm for the idea but acknowledged significant hurdles. The original Dragon Age trilogy utilized EA's proprietary game engines, making a remaster more complex than the Mass Effect project. Epler concluded, "It’s not as straightforward as Mass Effect, but we cherish the original games. Never say never."
