Open World ARPG Emerges from Shadow, Nears Testing

Wang Yue, a fantasy ARPG, is gearing up for its technical test phase following the recent acquisition of its publishing license in China. This initial test will allow developers to identify bugs and gather player feedback before the game's official release.

A World Divided

Wang Yue's technical test plunges players into a world ravaged by a malevolent sun, resulting in two floating continents defying gravity. Tian Yue City, a breathtaking inverted metropolis, dominates the sky above a ruined landscape. Players assume the role of Qing Wu, a mysterious protagonist betrayed and thrust into this chaotic reality. The game challenges players to unravel the mysteries surrounding the sun's newfound reverence, the upside-down city, and the shadowy figures intent on their demise.

Forge Your Own Destiny

Rejecting conventional open-world tropes, Wang Yue emphasizes player agency and exploration. Soar through the skies above Tian Yue City or delve into the secrets hidden within the ruins below – the choice is yours. The game's dynamic world responds to player actions, with NPCs reacting realistically to player behavior, from calling the authorities to expressing gratitude.

The development team is actively seeking player input through upcoming discussions, design contests, and community events. Registration for the technical test is now open on the official website.
