After months of swirling rumors and tantalizing leaks, it seems Bethesda is poised to officially unveil the remaster of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The announcement is set for tomorrow at 8am PT/11am ET, and will be broadcast live on both YouTube and Twitch.

The official Bethesda Twitter account dropped a teaser today, hinting heavily at the big reveal. The image features a prominent "IV" and a background that unmistakably echoes iconic art from Oblivion, leaving little doubt about what's coming.

Speculation about an Oblivion remake has been rampant for years, fueled by numerous leaks. The first hint came in 2020 with a leaked Bethesda release schedule from the FTC vs. Microsoft trial, which suggested an Oblivion remaster for fiscal year 2022. Although the timeline had passed, the project's status remained uncertain. The buzz intensified in January this year when new leaks described the project as a comprehensive remake, developed by Bethesda with assistance from Virtuos.
