Pokémon GO Adds Festive Costume Minccino

The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, featuring returning costumed Pokémon and a new addition: Minccino and Cinccino in stylish outfits!

Costume Minccino Debut in Pokémon GO

Costume Minccino and Cinccino made their debut during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These fashionable Pokémon sport rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. Costume Minccino has a Shiny variant, but Costume Cinccino does not.

Alongside the new additions, Fashion Week also brought back costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, and Shinx. Furfrou, in its various forms, also appeared in the wild and Raids.

How to Catch Costume Minccino

Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino is limited to two methods:

One-Star Raids

Costume Minccino appeared in One-Star Raids during the event. These raids are typically soloable, offering a straightforward way to acquire one. However, One-Star Raids also featured Costume Shinx and Furfrou, requiring some searching to find a Minccino raid.

Paid Timed Research

Field Research Tasks

While event-themed Pokémon encounters were available through Field Research Tasks, Niantic's blog didn't specify if Minccino was included. The possibility exists, but it's less certain than the other methods.

Obtaining Costume Cinccino

To get Costume Cinccino, you must evolve Costume Minccino. This requires two Costume Minccino, 50 candies, and a Unova Stone.
