Astronaut Joe: Magnetic Rush is now available on Android. This fast-paced, physics-based platformer features pixel art and comes from the developers at Lepton Labs. It marks the studio's debut in mobile gaming, putting you in the magnetic boots of Joe, an astronaut with extraordinary abilities.
Who Is Astronaut Joe in Magnetic Rush?
Joe doesn’t get around by walking or jumping like a typical astronaut. Instead, he uses magnetic powers to roll, bounce, and launch himself across treacherous terrain.
The Lava Cave Adventure includes 30 meticulously designed levels filled with lava pits, spike traps, timing-based obstacles, and more. Your mission is to navigate these hazards quickly—every rebound and bounce matters.
As you progress, you can unlock new spacesuits that grant Joe special abilities. These suits also alter the appearance of your portal, shield, energy effects, and of course, Joe’s own outfit.
Each upgrade in Astronaut Joe: Magnetic Rush unlocks additional skills, such as blazing through lava or gliding past deadly spikes. Check out the official game trailer below.
Simple Controls, Engaging Gameplay
Astronaut Joe: Magnetic Rush keeps controls straightforward—tap to toggle magnetism on and off. But mastering smooth, efficient runs through each level provides the real challenge.
The game also hides a few secrets. Hidden rooms are scattered throughout the levels, often packed with hard-to-find purple crystals. Tracking them all down and earning achievements adds another layer to the experience.
Astronaut Joe offers enjoyable pixel-art platforming with a classic arcade vibe. If you're eager to try it out and climb the global leaderboards against players worldwide, download it now from the Google Play Store.
