Fifteen years after its release, Minecraft continues to thrive! Mojang Studios is committed to enhancing the game with a steady stream of new features and updates. Gone are the days of a single large summer update; instead, players can anticipate multiple smaller updates throughout the year, keeping the gameplay fresh and engaging.
Minecraft Live is getting a revamp! Instead of one annual event, there will now be two, providing more frequent updates on upcoming features and testing phases. The popular mob vote is being retired.
Improvements to multiplayer are on the horizon, making it easier for players to connect and collaborate with friends. A native PlayStation 5 version of Minecraft is also in development.
