From the first location, proceed to the northeastern tower (near a Common Chest):
After obtaining the second Scrap, the dragon will reappear above Ochkanatlan, launching fireballs.
Ascend the stairs northwest of the previous tower. Align the two corrupted Phlogistons within Cocouik's Ring of Light to obtain the final Scrap.
With all three Scraps collected and Cocouik's energy restored, players can target the Abyss-corrupted dragon. Employ Cocouik's "Super Awesomesauce Laser" to shatter the dragon's shield.
