TouchArcade Rating: Following the pre-installation rollout earlier this week, HoYoverse has globally launched the highly anticipated Genshin Impact (Free) version 5.0 update, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," across mobile, PC, and PlayStation platforms. This major update introduces the new nation of Natlan, accessible to players of all levels, along with exciting new characters like Mualani, and eagerly awaited character reruns, including the Raiden Shogun. The initial Genshin Impact 5.0 banner features Mualani, Kachina, and Kaedehara Kazuha, while the second banner showcases Kinich and the Raiden Shogun. iOS users who pre-installed the update should experience minimal additional download time, although the game may require some time to reorganize existing assets upon login. New players can download Genshin Impact for free on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. iOS users with iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later can enjoy playing Genshin Impact using PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers.
