Several locations offer a chance to find Prismatic Shards, although the probability varies:

- Skull Cavern: 0.1% chance from Serpents, Mummies, Wilderness Golems, and Iridium Golems (Combat Level 10+).
- Omni Geodes/Mystery Boxes: 0.4% chance inside.
