Application Description

UNO Star is a loyalty and customer engagement program that offers dedicated benefits to its members.

The UNO Star program is a customer engagement platform that digitally connects UNO Minda's retailers, mechanics, and end consumers under one unified system.

Customers can register through the app or with help from UNO Minda representatives. Accounts are subject to approval by the UNO Minda team per the Terms & Conditions, and the enrollment process is complete only after this approval.

The app can be used by any successfully enrolled UNO Minda customer, including mechanics, retailers, and end consumers, allowing each group to access benefits designed specifically for their category.

Retailers:

Retailers can submit ‘Retailer Loyalty Coupons,’ view the E‑Catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their behalf, and place orders using the 'UNO Star' app.

Mechanics:

It provides loyalty benefits to mechanics, who can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products bearing the UNO Star coupon. They can also access the E-Catalogue.

Consumers:

Consumers can browse the E-Catalogue in the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by vehicle type and OEM category.
