The simplest method is via the "Pray" option in the bottom right of your main screen, above your stats. Alternatively, access the "Activities" menu and locate "Pray." Prayer topics include: Fertility, General Happiness, Health, Love, and Wealth. Each prayer requires watching a short advertisement for its fulfillment. Results vary; Fertility leads to pregnancy, while "General" offers unpredictable outcomes (money, new friendships, etc.). Praying for Health is particularly useful for curing diseases, a boon for challenges like "Disco Inferno."

A less conventional approach involves "cursing" the developers instead of praying. This can yield negative consequences (losing a friend, illness), but occasionally results in unexpected positive outcomes (e.g., receiving money).

When to Pray in BitLife

Prayer provides minor advantages, useful for overcoming obstacles or progressing through challenges. It's a viable option for curing stubborn illnesses unresponsive to medical treatment.
