Trickcal Re:Vive, the absurdist, turn-based, card-collecting RPG from Bilibili Games, is heading for a global launch following its successful showing at the Taipei Games Show. This exciting news fulfills a prediction by our writer, Anderson Han, who highlighted the game as a promising Korean mobile title deserving of international release.
Bilibili Games made a significant splash at the Taipei Games Show, not only announcing Trickcal Re:Vive's global launch but also showcasing the game with a unique marketing campaign. The game features over fifty recruitable apostles and places the player in the unexpected role of a worldwide religion leader.
Despite the epic adventure premise, Trickcal Re:Vive embraces a humorous tone, blending cute character designs with references spanning diverse titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Grand Theft Auto, and incorporating a multitude of quirky subplots.
This over-the-top absurdity was highlighted at the Taipei Games Show, where a specially wrapped Ferrari Itasha promoted the game, ferrying attendees around Taipei. This, along with substantial merchandise and the global launch announcement, signals Bilibili and Epid Games' high expectations for Trickcal Re:Vive's global market performance.
A precise release date remains unannounced; however, a late 2025 or early 2026 launch seems plausible, with a potential release in mid-2025 also a possibility. Development continues.
