Flat2VR Studios has revealed a VR version of Postal 2, the cult-classic chaotic shooter that originally launched 22 years ago. The announcement came with an official trailer showcasing the game's signature dark humor and unhinged gameplay.
A VR Experience with Signature Postal Mayhem
The trailer follows the Postal Dude as he hilariously collects signatures to support the VR adaptation. Developers also highlighted key enhancements, including redesigned VR-compatible gunplay, an improved HUD, and a reworked mini-map system.
A dedicated Steam page for Postal 2: VR is now available, featuring screenshots, tech specs, and more details. Minimum PC requirements include Windows 10, an Intel Core i5-4590 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 GPU, and 8GB RAM. While Russian voice support won't be included, subtitles will be available.
Same Crazy Sandbox, New Perspective
The remake stays faithful to the original's twisted charm, retaining mundane tasks like grocery shopping alongside the freedom to unleash pure chaos. Only now, players will experience the insanity from a first-person VR perspective.
Postal 2 VR will launch on SteamVR, PlayStation VR2, and Meta Quest 2 & 3 platforms.
