The legendary duo Black Kyurem and White Kyurem make their grand entrance during Pokémon Go Tour: Unova - Global event, bringing powerful new gameplay mechanics. Both dragons introduce unique Adventure Effects that enhance your catching experience outside of battles.

Legendary Advantages for Trainers

• Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock immobilizes wild Pokémon, increasing catch rates
• White Kyurem's Ice Burn slows target circles, enabling consistent Excellent Throws
• The Tour Pass provides valuable boosts and rewards

Black Kyurem's signature move Freeze Shock unleashes electrically-charged ice that paralyzes wild creatures for 10 minutes, preventing their movement and making them significantly easier to catch. Meanwhile, White Kyurem's Ice Burn tactically slows the target ring during encounters, perfect for trainers aiming for Excellent Throws. Both effects can be strategically extended in 10-minute increments.

Raid Mechanics and Fusion Energy

Legendary five-star raids during the event let you collect critical Fusion Energy. After combining Zekrom or Reshiram with a Glaciate-knowing Kyurem, these signature moves will replace Glaciate until separation. Note these special moves currently can't be taught via TMs.

Event Choices and Rewards

Trainers must select between two distinct event paths - the Black Version featuring Reshiram or the White Version starring Zekrom. Each path offers themed Special Research rewards and guarantees Glaciate for post-raid Kyurem encounters.
