Pokémon GO's March 2025 Community Day Lineup and Beloved Buddies Event Details
Fuecoco Ignites March's Community Day
Get ready for fiery fun! Pokémon GO's March Community Day kicks off on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time) featuring Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon. Expect increased Fuecoco spawns and boosted Shiny rates.
Evolving your Fuecoco to Skeledirge (via Crocalor) within one week of the event unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song, anytime after evolution.
A special Timed Research event runs concurrently, offering a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further enhanced Shiny odds. Complete the tasks by March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 PM (local time).
For $2.00, a Community Day Special Research ticket grants three Fuecoco encounters (all with Seasonal Special Backgrounds), along with Battle Passes and Rare Candies. This ticket is giftable to Great Friends or higher.

Community Day Classic events revisit past favorites, offering another chance to catch Pokémon like Ralts (previously featured in August 2019 and January 2025). The remaining dates will feature new Pokémon, to be announced soon.
Beloved Buddies Event: Candela or Arlo?
The Beloved Buddies event, celebrating the arrival of Dhelmise, includes a Timed Research with branching paths: Candela (Team Valor) or Arlo (Team GO Rocket).
Initial tasks reward Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters. Choosing a path unlocks different rewards:
Candela Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.
Arlo Path: Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
