A new Emblem Event is underway in Pokémon TCG Pocket, offering players until January 10, 2025, to secure one of four prestigious medals. These Emblems enhance your profile, showcasing your in-game prowess. This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the Mythical Island Event, covering details, missions, rewards, and strategic advice.
This PvP event requires players to secure a specific number of wins to earn one of three themed Emblems: bronze, silver, or gold. A participation medal is awarded for simply engaging in a single event match. Unlike previous events, consecutive wins aren't necessary; every win contributes to the total, up to a maximum of 45.
Players can earn Emblems, Shinedust, and Pack Hourglasses. Emblems and Shinedust are win-based rewards, while Pack Hourglasses are given for participation. The total potential rewards include four Emblems, 24 Hourglasses, and 3,850 Shinedust.

Given the event's timing following the Mythical Island expansion, the meta is relatively stable. Pikachu ex and Mewtwo ex decks remain dominant. However, Gayadros ex decks, synergizing well with Vaporeon and Misty, are gaining popularity. Consider this alternative, complemented by Lapras and supportive cards like Leaf, Sabrina, and Giovanni.
