In the horror-themed world of *R.E.P.O*, your survival hinges on strategic item management. Understanding Recharge Drones
While some Service Station items like Mines and Grenades are single-use, others operate on a battery system that requires Energy Crystal recharges. Early in *R.E.P.O*, you'll notice a container appearing in your truck - this charging station consumes Energy Crystals to replenish weapon and drone power.

Purchased Energy Crystals automatically integrate into this system. Simply place depleted items in the adjacent yellow bucket to restore them. This maintenance becomes crucial for preparing your arsenal against increasingly dangerous threats level after level.
Be warned: Some missions accelerate equipment deterioration dramatically. While you can recharge at your truck's station upon entering locations, emergency situations often arise far from this safety net. This is where portable Recharge Drones become indispensable for field operations.
Acquiring and Operating the Recharge Drone
The Service Station (accessible after completing levels) randomly stocks all equipment, including this vital drone. While availability isn't guaranteed every visit, persistence pays off - expect to invest $4,000-$5,000 when it appears.

This compact cube occupies one inventory slot - assign it to position 1, 2, or 3 post-purchase. Monitor equipment status via their battery indicators below each item. To activate: Select the drone, press 'E' to deploy, then connect it to depleted gear. The drone will automatically perform its function until drained itself, at which point you'll need to recharge it at your truck's station using Energy Crystals.
Now equipped with this knowledge, you're ready to maintain your combat effectiveness throughout *R.E.P.O*'s most grueling challenges.
