D | Black Widow, Wolverine, Storm |
S-tier Characters
Hela reigns supreme among long-range fighters. Her devastating damage and area-of-effect abilities make her incredibly effective. A couple of well-placed headshots are often enough to eliminate most opponents. Strategic positioning and accurate aim are key to her success.

Psylocke, while slightly more challenging to master, offers similar effectiveness. Her invisibility allows for flanking maneuvers and strategic attacks from advantageous positions. Her ultimate ability provides invulnerability and significant area damage, offering repositioning mid-use.

Mantis and Luna Snow excel as support characters, providing crucial healing and bolstering mobile damage dealers. Their powerful ultimate abilities offer incredible protection, making it incredibly difficult to eliminate their allies while active. Both also offer crowd control to disrupt enemy advances.

Dr. Strange stands as the most formidable defender, his shield capable of withstanding even some enemy ultimates. His portal-creating abilities unlock a wealth of tactical options.

A-tier Characters
The Winter Soldier's ultimate ability is one of the game's strongest, dealing area damage and offering a chance to reset the cooldown if an enemy dies shortly after being hit. This can create a chain reaction of eliminations. However, he's vulnerable during his ultimate's recharge time.

Hawkeye dominates ranged combat, capable of one-shotting weaker heroes. However, he lacks Hela's survivability and requires precise aim, making him more challenging to master.

Cloak & Dagger are a unique duo, excelling at both support and damage dealing.

Adam Warlock offers instant healing and the ability to resurrect teammates, but his team-wide healing abilities lead to lengthy cooldowns.

Characters like Magneto, Thor, and The Punisher are powerful but heavily reliant on team coordination. Without effective communication, they become vulnerable and less effective.

Moon Knight's bouncing damage attacks hit both enemies and his ankhs, but attentive opponents can disrupt his strategy by destroying the ankhs.

Venom is a powerful, straightforward tank, wreaking havoc in enemy ranks. His ability (E) can provide crucial armor for continued fighting or safe retreat if timed correctly.

Spider-Man's high mobility makes him a formidable duelist, but his fragility prevents him from reaching S-tier.

B-tier Characters
Groot, with his wall-building abilities, offers both offensive and defensive options. His walls can block passages or create makeshift bridges.

Jeff the Land Shark and Rocket Raccoon, mobile support characters, can climb onto Groot for additional protection. Their healing capabilities are less potent than higher-tier supports.

Duelists like Magik and Black Panther are strong but susceptible to single mistakes. Spider-Man could also be placed here, but his mobility allows him to escape critical situations more easily.

Loki's ultimate ability allows him to transform into other characters, but this comes at the cost of losing the healing provided by a dedicated support. His decoys make him elusive and allow him to deal decent damage.

Star-Lord is effective for players with precise aim, offering flight, evasive maneuvers, and versatile shooting angles. However, his fragility and interruptible ultimate hold him back.

Iron Fist's high speed and flurry of attacks make him both a threat and a vulnerable target, lacking the durability to counter experienced players.

Peni Parker is a mobile tank who utilizes traps on the map. She is strong until her nest, which spawns mines, is destroyed.

C-tier Characters
Scarlet Witch struggles in competitive play despite her seemingly powerful abilities. Her low damage and vulnerable ultimate placement hinder her effectiveness.

Iron Man is effective against less skilled opponents but easily targeted in ranked matches. His slow ultimate and weak missiles make him less competitive.

Squirrel Girl's unpredictable attacks rely heavily on luck.

Captain America and Hulk are weak tanks. Hulk's transformation is easily countered, and Captain America's shield is outmatched by Dr. Strange's.

Namor relies heavily on his easily destroyed monsters, making him ineffective without them.

D-tier Characters
Black Widow's low damage output and ineffective close-range defense make her a challenging character to use effectively.

Wolverine's low survivability makes him extremely difficult to play.

Storm has potential, but requires significant team coordination to be effective.

While even D-tier characters can achieve victory with enough effort, this tier list reflects their overall effectiveness. Ultimately, the best character is the one you enjoy playing most. Share your favorite *Marvel Rivals* heroes in the comments below!
