Locate the Trader in Stalker 2's Wasteland

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After leaving the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the expansive Garbage area. Due to the distance from your starting base, encountering traders in this region will take some time.

Stalker 2 Garbage Trader Locations

Initially, your quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap, a key hub in the Garbage zone. Progressing the main storyline is necessary to officially access this location. Completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks the Slag Heap's location. This involves prior visits to the Detention Center and the Laboratory, culminating in a meeting with Scar.

However, you can explore the Slag Heap, situated north of the laboratory, earlier in the game. This hub features two valuable traders.

Boozer, located at the Slag Heap's entrance, runs the bar. He offers food and drinks, and is also a convenient vendor for selling various items. You won't miss him!

Huron, the second trader, is found by heading left and entering the open door on your right. He specializes in weapons and gear. His room also serves as your stash, providing secure storage for extra items. Interacting with Huron also initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech is located at the back of the left corridor within the Slag Heap. You'll encounter him while progressing the main quest, as a conversation with Diode is required.
