Follow the icon to encounter this adorable dragon. The Dews of Inspiration you collected are crucial here.
Feed the Dews to the dragon to receive the "Paper Crane's Flight" dress. Craft and equip it immediately. The crafting materials are readily available.
Return to the sculptor (available 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If you miss the time window, simply wait until the next period. Upon completion, you'll receive your reward.
