Way of the Hunter: Wild America is coming to mobile devices, bringing its immersive open-world hunting experience to a new platform. PC players are already familiar with its realistic gameplay. Developed by Nine Rocks Games and originally released in August 2022 for PC and consoles, the mobile port is currently in beta testing.
What to Expect in the Mobile Version:
While some graphical adjustments are expected to accommodate mobile hardware limitations, the core gameplay and all DLC will be included post-launch. THQ Nordic and HandyGames are aiming for a soon release. A closed beta test is underway; interested players can register via a form on HandyGames' official X (formerly Twitter) account.
A Top-Tier Hunting Simulation?
Way of the Hunter challenges players with strategic gameplay and realistic animal behavior. Explore expansive open worlds inspired by the USA and Europe, covering a vast 55-square-mile hunting ground. Utilize authentic weapons, from rifles to bows, and employ advanced tracking techniques like blood splatter analysis to secure your trophies.
The game's dynamic ecosystem responds to your actions. Overhunting in one area will cause animals to relocate. Manage your in-game economy by selling harvested meat to purchase better equipment, hunting licenses, and taxidermy trophies for your lodge. Both campaign and co-op modes will be available, with full controller support on mobile.
