To initiate The Lost Shipment quest, make your way to the Dining Room of Brannof Hall, which is easily accessible from Brannof Boulevard, connected to the Town Square. It's a quick journey from the Training Grounds.

Once there, engage with Cohen in the dining room. He'll brief you on the missing weapons shipment that the Brannof family is desperate to recover. As a helpful town guard, you're the perfect person to step in.

Before you depart, it's crucial to talk to Cohen again. He will provide you with two leads to follow. Missing this step means you'll need to return later to get the information.

How to Complete The Lost Shipment Quest

Your quest involves two parallel investigations, as suggested by the noble at Brannof Hall.

Remember to remove any gear that identifies you as a Town Guard before you start your inquiries, or you won’t get any information.

Talk to Captain Shirker on The Vincible

Head southeast in town to find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible.

When you speak with the Captain, he’ll invite you for a meal at The Delectable Dab near Town Square. Join him, order some food, and enjoy some casual conversation before you bring up the weapons. Captain Shirker will eventually disclose that he handed the weapons over to a man in a blue waistcoat.

Next, head to Town Square, where you’ll find the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in a corner.

He'll inform you that The Illusion, a weapons dealer, has the plumbatae. He suggests impersonating someone named Sam, who is known for his monobrow, to get a glimpse of the weapons. To achieve this look, you'll need to visit the hairdresser on Old Street West and spend 8 Silver and 280 Copper on the unique monobrow style.

With your new look, you're ready to follow the second lead at The Hooked Hand.

Ask Around at The Hooked Hand

Your next clue leads you to The Hooked Hand, a restaurant near Eel Street.

You’ll need to speak with a few patrons before someone directs you to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall, which is just past the Eel Street Bridge.

The Fishmonger there will tell you to catch a Fetid Flounder from the Overgrown Pond to place a secret weapons order. This requires you to reach Level 25 in the Fishing Skill.

After catching the Fetid Flounder, you’ll need to write a note using a Quill and Ink, along with Paper, which you can find on Lord Brannof’s desk in Brannof Hall. Insert the note into the Fetid Flounder through your Quest Inventory.

Take the Fetid Flounder to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall and hide behind a nearby bush to see who purchases it.

Follow the Stranger

A Furtive Stranger will buy the Fetid Flounder and run off. Follow him down Willhope Crossing to Monab Row and knock on the door.

Ensure you're not wearing any Guard armor or helmets, so your monobrow is visible. Tell the stranger you’re Monobrow Sam to gain entry. Inside, you'll face a Level 30 thief in combat. After defeating him, you can retrieve the Plumbatae from a chest and return them to Brannof Hall, completing The Lost Shipment quest in Brighter Shores.
