Fortnite Leaks Hint at Mechagodzilla and King Kong Arrival

Rumors are swirling within the Fortnite community regarding the potential arrival of Mechagodzilla and King Kong. A prominent leaker suggests Mechagodzilla may debut alongside Godzilla on January 17th, potentially costing 1,800 V-Bucks or being included in a larger bundle. The design is expected to mirror the MonsterVerse iteration. Unlike Godzilla, who will function as a map boss with a collectible medallion, Mechagodzilla is anticipated to be purely a cosmetic item.

Separately, King Kong's appearance in the Item Shop is also rumored, priced at 1,500 V-Bucks (potentially part of a bundle). His in-game presence remains unconfirmed. While many fans hope for a King Kong vs. Godzilla showdown, Epic Games has yet to confirm such an event.

These monster mash-ups follow a string of successful Fortnite collaborations, including Cyberpunk 2077, Star Wars, DC Comics, and Mariah Carey. The current battle pass already boasts Baymax and Godzilla crossovers.

The anticipation extends beyond these titans. Many players eagerly await a rumored crossover with Demon Slayer, following previous successful anime collaborations such as Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and My Hero Academia. The influx of recent content keeps the Fortnite community buzzing with excitement for what Epic Games has in store.
