Genshin Impact's Upcoming 5-Star Character Lineup Revealed
Recent leaks offer a glimpse into Genshin Impact's future character roster, revealing a series of upcoming 5-star additions. Version 5.3 has already introduced Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the 4-star Lan Yan slated for the Lantern Rite Festival. However, a credible leak from DK2 sheds light on four more 5-star characters planned for Versions 5.4 through 5.7.
The leak, corroborated by 5.4 beta testing, strongly suggests the arrival of Mizuki in Version 5.4, around mid-February. Mizuki, an Anemo catalyst user from Inazuma, is expected to be the sole 5-star addition in this update. This aligns with HoYoverse's pattern of revisiting previously released regions several updates after a new nation's introduction.
Mizuki's leaked gameplay suggests a support role, emphasizing Elemental Mastery. Beta footage also hints at strong synergy with the recently released Pyro Archon, Mavuika. The leak further indicates that the remaining three 5-star characters will debut in Versions 5.5, 5.6, and 5.7, respectively.
This influx of new 5-star characters keeps Genshin Impact's content fresh, a hallmark of HoYoverse's frequent updates. The consistent addition of characters, storylines, and regions ensures a continually evolving and engaging player experience.
