One of your first major freedoms in Freedom Wars Remastered is leaving your cell and exploring the Panopticon. While movement and interactions are still restricted, this central hub is key to story progression and accessing shops.
After encountering Uwe and Mattias following the party, Mattias's interest in a rumor leads you to a normally inaccessible Panopticon section. Your mission: find Enzo.
To locate Enzo, exit the Warren and take the lift back to Level 2's main cell block. To the elevator's left, Pedro will offer clues about Enzo's whereabouts, directing you to Sector 2-E165. You can meet Pedro earlier, but interacting with Enzo is only possible after initiating the quest.
Reporting Pedro to authorities yields no useful information; he'll suggest reporting Enzo instead.
From Pedro, follow the wall to the far end of the cell block, where you'll find a door marked with a blue lift icon. This isn't a simple transfer; it leads to Sector 2-E165.
Inside the sector, Enzo is marked with a yellow exclamation point. He's at the far end of the cell block, on the third floor. Remember to manage your sprinting to avoid unnecessary sentence extensions.
