The Flare Knife is a readily accessible combat item, obtainable early in the game. After achieving Level 003 Code Clearance, visit Zakka in The Warren. Zakka's inventory includes the Flare Knife, purchasable for 3,000 Entitlement Points.

To equip the Flare Knife, navigate to the Loadout menu within the Personal Responsibility Portal. Select an available Combat Item slot. If you possess a Flare Knife, it will be listed, enabling you to equip it for battle.
