Approximately two and a half years ago, we enjoyed the excellent dungeon crawler, Dungeons of Dreadrock, developed by Christoph Minnameier. Inspired by classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, it offered a top-down perspective and a strong emphasis on puzzle-solving across its 100 unique levels. Each floor presented a new challenge, often requiring strategic thinking to navigate traps and enemies. Our review praised the game's difficulty and clever level design, and its subsequent release across numerous platforms was equally well-received. Now, we eagerly anticipate its sequel. Introducing Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret!
The striking red background and prominent Nintendo Switch logo, accompanied by the familiar finger-snap sound effect, confirm that this new Dungeons of Dreadrock installment is launching first on the Nintendo Switch eShop on November 28th. However, PC gamers can rejoice! A PC version is planned and is currently available to wishlist on Steam. Mobile players on iOS and Android can also look forward to the game's arrival, though specific release dates haven't been confirmed. We'll provide updates as soon as further platform release dates are announced.
