This guide explains how to locate and activate five hidden buttons in Fisch to unlock the Red Energy Crystal, a crucial item for obtaining the Heaven's Rod fishing rod.
Northern Summit Buttons Puzzle Explained
In the Northern Expedition area of Fisch, four Energy Crystals are needed to solve a mountaintop puzzle and access the Heaven's Rod (1,750,000 C$). The Red Energy Crystal, however, requires a different approach. After finding the first three crystals, speak to an NPC in the Glacial Grotto. They'll direct you to find five hidden buttons scattered across various islands.
All Button Locations To Unlock The Red Crystal
The five button locations are:
Moosewood Island: Locate the button behind the leaderboard near the pier. It's close to the ground.
Roslit Bay: Proceed inland from the pier. Near the campsite, you'll find the Angler NPC. The button is hidden amongst the logs on the ground.
Forsaken Shores: Head to the watchtowers on the right side of the island. A red glow from one tower (the one nearest the pier) will indicate the button's location. Climb the tower to find it.
Snowcap Island: Travel to Upper Snowcap and find the Wilson NPC. The button is concealed within the wooden fence next to him.
Ancient Isle: Visit the unfinished lighthouse. The button is located on the side of the entrance.
Once all five buttons have been pressed, return to the Glacial Grotto NPC to unlock the passage to the Red Energy Crystal.
