Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to breach it. Proceed through the hallway and up the stairs to an elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access," "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Locate the Administration Facility via another grappling point from the security desk. Answer the phone and find four documents to place in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, small central table, and the cafe near a sink. Defeating the resulting Mangler Zombie yields the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the Blue Card within a glass chamber guarded by a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure and eliminate the Mimic.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Complete a timed drain switch puzzle (25 seconds). Defeating the Mangler and its horde grants the Red Card.

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Ride the elevator to the top floor. A phone call leads to a final confrontation with the Disciple and numerous zombies. The ensuing cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
