Rebellion's upcoming survival adventure game is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases of 2025. If you're eager to dive into Atomfall ahead of schedule, here's how you can get early access.

It has become increasingly common for new games to offer early access for a few days prior to their official launch. Atomfall follows this pattern, allowing players to start playing up to three days early. While the standard edition releases on Thursday, March 27th, those who pre-order the Digital Deluxe or PC-exclusive Quarantine Edition can begin their adventure on Monday, March 24th.
Although Atomfall will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one, it appears Game Pass subscribers won't have access to the early play period. Microsoft has previously allowed Game Pass members to upgrade to Digital Deluxe editions for early access in titles like Starfield, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and Avowed. However, no similar upgrade option seems to be offered for Atomfall.
While Rebellion hasn't officially confirmed the release time, the Microsoft Store currently lists Atomfall as unlocking at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 24th. This timing remains consistent across different regions, meaning the popular New Zealand time zone trick likely won't work for this release. Keep in mind that these details could change, and we'll update this article once Rebellion provides official confirmation about the launch schedule.
Atomfall launches on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Game Pass on March 27th.
