Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test Announced

As reported by Niche Gamer on December 25th, 2024, the mid-January beta test will feature a broadened gameplay experience and an increased character selection. The roster expands to 15 playable characters, including two Endministrators, all boasting "new models, animations, and special effects." Players can also select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.

Registration opened December 14th, 2024. The beta incorporates player feedback, resulting in refined combat, character progression, new combo skills, and a new dodge mechanic. Item usage and character progression systems have also been adjusted for enhanced gameplay.

Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test Announced

The base-building system receives a substantial overhaul with new mechanics and tutorial levels. Expect new defensive structures and the ability to construct and expand factories via outposts in various locations. The beta also includes a revised storyline, fresh maps, and new puzzles.

Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1

Launched concurrently with the beta test announcement on December 14th, 2024, is the Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1. Selected creators gain access to the official creator community, exclusive perks, and special events.

The program has two content categories: gameplay insights (reviews, lore discussions, livestreams, etc.) and fan creations (memes, fanart, cosplay, etc.). Both categories share the same requirements: applicant ownership of the account, original and relevant content, and submission of links to past work for eligibility review.
