Cet événement anniversaire présente la continuation du chapitre 4 - Partie 2, aux côtés d'un événement captivant de l'histoire intitulée "Thou Art This Summer's Fairy, A Sight que je vais enregistrer dans mes yeux". Ce titre poétique fait allusion à l'aventure d'été qui voyage dans le temps qui attend. Squad 31-A, rejoint par Yuina Shirakawa, se retrouve transportée dans une station balnéaire de l'été dernier, pour découvrir qu'elle est ciblée par l'invasion du cancer. Ils doivent combattre le destin tout en profitant de leurs vacances dans des tenues saisonnières spéciales.
