Experience effortless urban mobility with emmy's electric moped sharing service! Find a nearby e-moped, unlock it via the app, and enjoy a quick, eco-friendly, and fun ride. emmy operates in five German cities: Berlin, Dresden, Kiel, Munich, and Hamburg.

Our free-floating system allows for flexible rentals – from minutes to days. Say goodbye to traffic jams and hello to a convenient and enjoyable commute.

Getting Started with emmy:

1. Download the app and register: A one-time registration fee of €4.95 includes 15 free minutes. You'll need to verify your EU driver's license.
2. Locate and unlock: Use the app to find an available moped, reserve it, and unlock it with ease.
3. Ride: Enjoy the ride!
4. End your rental: Park your emmy in a designated public parking area within our service zone.

How to Start Your emmy Moped:

1. Helmet: Open the helmet box (red button) and select a helmet.
2. Kickstand: Remove the moped from the kickstand by pushing the handlebars forward.
3. Power On: Flip the red switch on the right handlebar to "ON" (or press the "P-button" for Yadea models) and ensure the side stand is fully retracted.
4. Ignition: Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar to start the engine.

Our Moped Fleet:

We offer NIU mopeds in Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, and Yadea mopeds in Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich. Remember to park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles.

Pricing:

The €4.95 registration fee includes 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Mopeds can be reserved for free (15 minutes), with a €1 unlock fee and a per-minute rate of €0.33. Reduced rates apply for paused rides.
