Royal Petrol Filling Station Loyalty Program

Royal Petrol LLP is the company that owns the fuel station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

The Program is a loyalty initiative for both regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol filling station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company may, at its discretion, reward Participants with bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and tailored offers based on their interests.

The Rules define the terms and conditions of the loyalty program for its members.

A Participant is an individual aged 14 or older who is legally permitted to perform small everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Only individuals with a valid identification number issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan may become Participants.

The Participant Questionnaire refers to the personal information provided by an individual when registering for the Program. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily and in their own interest gives the Company full consent to process their personal data under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection." Processing methods include, but are not limited to, advertising and information distribution via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated and electronic data processing, including database creation. This consent remains effective until the Participant withdraws it in writing.

A Virtual Card is an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application and does not have a physical form.

The Site is the Company's website located at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which contains information about the Program.

The Mobile Application is the Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are reward units that the Company awards to Participants when they purchase goods at Royal Petrol filling stations under the Program's terms. One Bonus point is equivalent to one tenge. Bonuses can be used only for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.

The Bonus Account is a record in the Program Database that tracks the number of accrued and used Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
