Ronda Carta: Morocco's Favorite Card Game!

Ronda Carta is the most popular card game in Morocco, a beloved family game that evokes a sense of nostalgia. It's fun, simple, easy to learn, and relaxing. The objective is to accumulate the highest point total (from cards and bonuses). Played head-to-head, one player deals, the other starts, and each player receives three cards initially. The game concludes when all cards are dealt, with the highest scorer declared the victor. Remember Ronda, Tringa, Missa, Souta, and other familiar terms?

The game utilizes a 40-card deck with four suits:

• 10 Copas (Tbaye9)
• 10 Espadas (Syouf)
• 10 Oros (D'hab)
• 10 Bastos (Zrawéte)

Each suit contains cards numbered 1-7 and 10-12.
