The highly anticipated Version 2.3 update for *Wuthering Waves*, titled "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," is now live, and it's packed with exciting new content. This update coincides with the game's first anniversary and marks its launch on Steam, making it accessible to PC players. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, there's plenty to explore from April 29th to June 12th, 2025.
The "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer" update introduces new characters, captivating story arcs, and a variety of event content. Players with a decent Union Level will find a wealth of activities to immerse themselves in over the next month. The update brings two new storylines, "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither," along with fresh Phantom Echoes such as Crownless (including its Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and the intriguing Chest Mimic.
Celebrate the game's anniversary with the "Gifts of Grand Celebration" login event, running from May 23rd to June 11th. By participating, players at Union Level 8 and above can earn Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance. Additional login events, "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th), offer rewards like Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and various upgrade materials.
The beloved "Cubie Derby" minigame is back, offering both a warm-up leisure event and a spectator event where you can support your favorite Cubes. Roll the dice, move your Cube on the board, and collect rewards including the Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.
In the first phase of the update, players can pull for Resonators like Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, as well as weapons such as Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase lasts until June 11th. Additionally, don't miss out on other engaging events like the Solaris Film Festival.
