The situation in the Kharidian desert is heating up, with Menaphos teetering on the brink of chaos. Following Osman's shocking betrayal against his own people, the city is unraveling from within. Divisions are growing, and the sinister presence of Amascut looms in the shadows, setting the stage for a series of escalating dangers. Your journey begins with the challenge of escaping the Shifting Tombs.
But fear not, you won't be facing this alone. Leela is back in action, and you'll be joined by new allies, including some intriguing pets. Together, you’ll delve into the ancient secrets of Menaphos and unravel the true intentions behind Osman's actions.
Heading Back into the Heat Again
Successfully completing the Pharaoh’s Folly quest promises rewarding benefits. You'll earn Thieving and Agility XP, the prestigious title "The Rabble-Rouser," and a new item, Leela’s Favour bracelet. This bracelet is a game-changer, allowing you to teleport effortlessly across all districts of Menaphos, the Sophanem slayer dungeon, the shifting tombs, and all active soul obelisks.
However, embarking on the Return to the Desert: Pharaoh’s Folly quest isn't for the faint-hearted or the unprepared. You'll need a Slayer level of 87, completion of the first quest "Beneath Scabaras’ Sands," and various achievements from the "Do No Evil" quest within Phite Club. Additionally, you must have built the necessary structures in the Fort Forinthry storyline. Once you've met these criteria, you can meet Leela outside the gates of Menaphos and attempt to steer the city away from its perilous edge.
