"Sonic Games Updated Before Sonic 3 Launch"

With the highly anticipated release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 on the horizon, Sega is rolling out a series of thrilling updates for their popular Sonic mobile games. These updates, inspired by the upcoming movie, are set to enhance the gaming experience across Sonic Dream Team on Apple Arcade, Sonic Dash, and Sonic Forces, available on both the App Store and Google Play.

Starting off, Sonic Forces will receive a major update on December 12th, introducing the new Metro-city Zone. This zone includes three exciting tracks that you can navigate as Movie Shadow, Movie Sonic, and other beloved characters. This update is perfectly timed with the movie's release, allowing you to dive into the film's atmosphere by mastering these levels before heading to the cinema.

Next up, Sonic Dream Team on Apple Arcade will see an update on December 18th, featuring Shadow as a playable character with unique abilities. By participating in Tails' Challenges, you can unlock Shadow and utilize his Chaos Control and Chaos Shift powers to manipulate time, freeze enemies, and navigate through levels more effectively. This update also introduces new abilities like Quick Grind and Perfect Boost for all characters, along with exclusive upgrades such as Double Chaos Shift for Shadow. Additionally, six new Shadow-themed statues and music tracks will be added, accompanied by an improved tutorial level to better assist new players.

Lastly, Sonic Dash's update will go live on December 20th, coinciding with the worldwide release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. This update allows players to collect cards to unlock Movie Shadow and Movie Sonic, with daily collectibles providing additional rewards. Following this, Sonic Dash+ on Apple Arcade will receive Shadow-themed updates in January, promising even more engaging content.
