Electronic Arts recently hosted an exciting livestream to gear up players for the 25th anniversary celebration of The Sims series. During this event, they unveiled a plethora of gifts and engaging events planned for The Sims 4 players throughout the upcoming festive weeks.
The celebration has already kicked off with a new update that not only squashes various bugs but also introduces a sleekly redesigned main menu and enhances overall game optimization. The developers have also breathed new life into several classic houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. These updated versions will be available right from the start in new games, and for those continuing with existing saves, you can access them through the library.

The main festivities are set to begin on February 4, when The Sims 4 will roll out an update featuring over 70 new free items! On the same day, the in-game event "Blast from the Past" will launch, allowing players to unlock nostalgic retro-style items and collect a brand-new set by completing a series of fun and easy missions.
Furthermore, starting February 6, a new season called Motherlode will commence in The Sims 4. While the details of what this season will entail are still a mystery, anticipation is high among the community for what's to come.
