Mark your calendars for the Roselia Spotlight Hour on January 14th, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To make the most of this event, players should stock up on berries, Pokéballs, and incense. The spotlight this week shines on Roselia, a Grass and Poison-type Pokémon from the Hoenn region (Generation 3), cataloged as #0315. With a maximum Combat Power of 2114 CP, 186 Attack, and 131 Defense, Roselia is a formidable choice for battles. This Spotlight Hour also offers an x2 Catch XP bonus, providing a fantastic opportunity to level up quickly.
Roselia is part of a three-stage evolution line, starting with Budew evolving into Roselia with 25 Candies, and then Roselia evolving into Roserade with 100 Candies and a Sinnoh Stone. Catching Roselia during the event rewards players with three candies and 100 Stardust.
In Pokémon GO, Roselia can be traded and transferred to Pokémon Home. As a Grass and Poison-type, it is vulnerable to Fire, Flying, Ice, and Psychic-type attacks, taking 160% more damage from these. Conversely, it resists Electric, Fairy, Fighting, and Water-type attacks, receiving 63% reduced damage, and Grass-type attacks are the least effective, with a 39% damage reduction.
