In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to bring Nightpiercer to justice once and for all.

Liang Yue is introduced through the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Alongside her debut, fans can also snag a free garment for the beloved character, Windsong, available to all players.
