You'll need your user ID to proceed. Depending on the game version, the location of your ID can vary, but it's always close to your nickname. In December 2024, you can find it by tapping your avatar in the top right corner of the screen, which will bring up your player profile menu. Your ID will be displayed next to your avatar.

Enter this ID into the "Character ID" field on the website. Copy the redemption code you want into the "Redemption code" field, complete the Captcha, and hit "Redeem". If everything goes smoothly, you'll receive your reward via in-game mail.

Be aware that some codes come with time limits set by the developers. To ensure you don't miss out on free rewards, keep an eye on our updates and the official PUBG Mobile accounts. Often, new codes are released alongside special events and promotions, and their validity periods can be quite short, so act fast to redeem them.
We hope this guide has been helpful and that you've successfully claimed your rewards. If you didn't manage it this time, don't worry. New codes are released every month, providing you with another opportunity to secure that unique skin or item.
