Exciting news for fans of Punishing Gray Raven and Devil May Cry—the much-anticipated crossover event between these two action-packed worlds is set to launch on the Chinese server. On April 27, Kuro Games, the developers behind Punishing Gray Raven (PGR), unveiled exciting details about their upcoming collaboration with Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) during a dedicated livestream. This crossover event will bring iconic DMC5 characters into the world of PGR on the Chinese server, complete with special banners and a unique collaboration story event.
Initially teased during PGR's 5th anniversary livestream in late 2024, the event promised the inclusion of DMC5's Dante and Vergil. The latest livestream confirmed their arrival, along with other enticing details about what players can expect.
Kuro Games has officially set the release date for the PGR x DMC5 crossover on the CN server for May 22. As of now, there have been no announcements about its potential release in other regions.
During the collaboration, players have the chance to obtain a Dante Omniframe at no cost by completing Chapter 6 of the special collaboration story event. Additionally, a Vergil Omniframe will be available exclusively through the event's limited-time banner.
The event will feature four special rate-up banners: Dante Rate Up, Fate Dante Rate Up, Vergil Rate Up, and Fate Vergil Rate Up. During this time, players can enjoy discounted pulls at 175 Black Cards per pull.
To sweeten the deal, the first two pulls of either Dante or Vergil will come with a bonus duplicate delivered through in-game mail. For instance, pulling one copy of Dante or Vergil will grant an additional copy, and pulling two copies will result in receiving two more. This bonus system is limited to the first two pulls, after which pulls will revert to the standard 1:1 ratio.
Punishing Gray Raven is accessible on iOS and Android devices in five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, the developers announced a synchronization plan aimed at aligning multiple updates across global servers to match the progress of the CN server, with the goal of completing this synchronization by the end of 2025.
